- Direct parameter input

With Chinese and English man-machine operation interface, can easily input a variety of welding modes. Such as welding time, relative position, fixed position, energy control, power control. And with 30 groups of welding program storage.

- Ultrasonic amplitude adjustment

The amplitude can be 50%~100% output setting according to welding requirements.

- Weld depth measurement using magnetic ruler

The precision magnetic ruler with resolution up to 0.0050mm was used to control the welding distance, so that the precision of the finished product could reach ±0.01mm.

- Vibration initiated at electronic pressure

The function can make every ultrasonic vibration in the same trigger pressure, to avoid the welding quality caused by deformation.

- Vibration pulse function

The machine is specially equipped with SHAKE function to avoid sticking to the welding head after welding. The function is to set the switch according to the demand.

- Ultra High Efficiency Vibrator and BOOSTER

It has an excellent ultrasonic resonant system and a vibrator with an electromechanical conversion efficiency of more than 98%. It is equipped with a unique hard jointed titanium alloy expansion cone to provide a stable and high precision welding quality reproducibility.

- Machine structure part

The use of superreinforced square machine, can withstand 280 Kg-m torque and more than 3 tons of bending stress, so that the machine can achieve 100% of the required quality when welding workpiece.

- Ultra precision linear slide rails

Precision double slide rail linear slide rail to achieve accurate linear motion to ensure accurate welding.

- Degree of machine modularity

The machine body, ultrasonic vibration box and ultrasonic controller are all modular to ensure the high quality of the machine.

- Weld Data Management (option)

USB portable disk can be directly used to store each weld data, abnormal alarm record, single curve graph (power, current, amplitude).

- Slow start selection

For the welding head with large size or poor starting vibration, slow starting is selected according to the requirements. First, low power resonance is followed by full power output, which makes the starting easier and reduces the possibility of pulse stress cracking of the welding head.

- Acoustic enclosure

The whole ultrasonic machine is covered with sound insulation foam, which can effectively isolate ultrasonic noise above 10 decibels.
